I gotta say it's a good sign to see my city trying to get things together and bring music festivals to our region and the Philly Popped Festival may not be a Coachella so to speak but you gotta crawl before you walk,and the festival jumped off last night at the Troc with none other than Slick Rick the Ruler who killed it with a live band backing him up,major!!!!!!!
