Get Ya Burn On....

More recipes at Finest Chef - elegant gourmet recipes. Most ot the other recipe web sites don't even read what they are publishing let alone cook it.Here is one of my favorite original gourmet recipes from my web site.Ingredients for one portion: 1 (4 oz.) rainbow trout filet or the same size salmon filet, carrot and celery sticks, asparagus, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 1/3 cup water, 1 tbsp.sugar, white Brasilian melon, scalooped.Recipe: Put the coconut milk, water, salt, sugar and lime juice in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the fish filet and vegetables and cook until the carrot sticks are soft, approximately 7-8 minutes. Serve the fish filet in a soup bowl on top of the vegetables and pour around it some of the poaching liquid. Salt to your taste and garnish with the white melon scoops, physalis and fresh dill.Cooking tip: Use an 8 ounce salmon or trout filet and you have a nice, low calorie entree. If you need a well presented and delicious dish in just 10 minutes, that is the perfect gourmet recipe for you.

So to all my fellow bachelors out there, there's nothing better than proving your lady friends wrong when you hit them with the "I know how to cook" statement and then they give you the typical response "yeah what breakfast food" that's when you gotta show your ass and make something that looks and tastes like it came from some swanky gourmet restaurant....watch out fellas cooking like this could lead to stalkers lmao......
